1. DEFINITIONS & ROLE OF TICKETLOOP

1.1 In these terms and conditions, “TicketLoop” refers to LOOPFEST in the Community CIC trading as TicketLoop.

1.2 TicketLoop sells tickets as an agent on behalf of the event organiser (“Promoter”). The contract for attendance at any event is between you and the Promoter.

1.3 These terms apply to the purchase, payment, delivery, resale and refunding of tickets. Attendance at the event is subject to the Promoter’s Event Terms & Conditions and any applicable venue conditions, which are available on the Promoter’s website.

1.4 When we refer to “tickets”, we mean a ticket for a concert, festival or other live event. Some tickets may include additional services such as accommodation or transport; please check your booking confirmation for details.

1.5 As agent, TicketLoop is not responsible for the organisation, delivery or content of the event itself. TicketLoop’s responsibilities are limited to providing the ticketing platform and processing transactions on behalf of the Promoter.

2. DATA & PAYMENT SECURITY

2.1 All personal and payment information provided to TicketLoop will be processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookies Statement.

2.2 Payment details are encrypted using SSL technology.

3. PURCHASING TICKETS

3.1 Tickets are sold for personal use only. You must not resell, transfer or attempt to resell or transfer tickets except as expressly permitted in these terms.

3.2 Tickets may only be resold or transferred through TicketLoop’s authorised resale partner, Tixel (tixel.com). Any resale or attempted resale via any other platform, or for commercial gain, may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.

3.3 TicketLoop and the Promoter accept no liability for tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers.

3.4 In addition to the ticket price, booking fees, transaction fees or supplementary charges may apply. These fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated.

3.5 If you exceed ticket limits (per person, card or household), TicketLoop may cancel the order or excess tickets. In such cases, the ticket price and applicable fees will be refunded.

3.6 You must keep your contact details up to date. TicketLoop’s primary method of communication is email and you are responsible for ensuring messages can be received.

3.7 Orders are not complete until accepted by TicketLoop. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order or offer the correct price.

3.8 TicketLoop reserves the right to cancel bookings reasonably suspected to be fraudulent. Any such cancellations will be refunded in full.

3.9 You must be aged 18 or over and hold a valid debit or credit card in your own name to purchase tickets.

4. DIGITAL TICKETS

4.1 Digital tickets must not be copied, screenshot, forwarded or duplicated.

4.2 Only the most recent valid digital ticket issued by TicketLoop will be accepted.

4.3 Any duplicated, altered or fraudulently obtained ticket will be invalid and may result in refusal of entry without refund.

5. CANCELLATION, CHANGES & REFUNDS

5.1 Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable except as set out in these terms or the Promoter’s Event Terms.

5.2 Decisions relating to event cancellation, postponement or material changes are the responsibility of the Promoter. TicketLoop acts solely on the Promoter’s instructions in relation to refunds or exchanges.

5.3 TicketLoop cannot accept liability for costs incurred by ticket holders, including travel or accommodation expenses.

5.4 If notified by the Promoter of a cancellation or significant change, TicketLoop will attempt to contact you using the details provided.

5.5 If an event is cancelled, you will normally be offered a refund of the face value of the ticket. Booking and transaction fees are not refundable unless stated otherwise.
