In these terms and conditions “TicketLoop” refers to LOOPFEST in the Community CIC t/a TicketLoop.

TicketLoop sells all tickets as an agent on behalf of the organisers and promoters (referred to as “Promoter”) on these terms and conditions and subject to any other terms, conditions or rules applicable to that event or festival, including those of the Promoter, which can be found on the Promoter’s website. When we say “tickets”, we mean a ticket for a concert, festival or other event, which may, in some cases, include accommodation, transfers or other services depending on the event. Please check your booking confirmation for details of what your ticket includes.

As agent, TicketLoop accepts no responsibility for the actual provision of any event or other services for which you purchase tickets. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform that enables you to purchase tickets. TicketLoop accepts no responsibility for any information about any event or services that we pass on to you in good faith.

All transaction details you provide (including personal and payment information) will be held and used in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Statement and will be encrypted using SSL technology.

Purchasing Tickets

Tickets you purchase are for your personal use. Except as we may agree, you and your party must not re-sell or transfer (or attempt to re-sell or transfer) any ticket in breach of the applicable terms. A breach of this condition may result in cancellation of the ticket(s) without notification or refund.

1A. Tickets may only be resold or transferred through TicketLoop’s authorised resale partner, Tixel (tixel.com). Any resale or attempted resale through any other platform, or for commercial gain, may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund. TicketLoop and the Promoter accept no liability for tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers.

In addition to the ticket price, your order may require payment of a booking fee, transaction fee and/or other supplementary charges which may apply to the event. These fees are non-refundable except as set out in paragraphs 3, 5 and 6.

If you order more tickets than the maximum permitted per person, per card or per household, we may cancel the order or the excess tickets, in which case the ticket price and any applicable fees will be refunded.

You must inform TicketLoop of any change of address, telephone number or email address both before and after receiving your tickets. Our preferred method of communication is email. You must ensure your email settings allow delivery of TicketLoop correspondence.

An order for tickets is not complete until accepted by TicketLoop. We try to ensure all prices are correct, but errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will notify you and either cancel the order (with refund) or give you the option to continue at the correct price.

TicketLoop reserves the right to cancel bookings reasonably believed to be fraudulent. Any such cancellations will be refunded in full.

To purchase a ticket, you must be 18 or over and hold a valid credit or debit card in your name.

7A. Digital tickets must not be screenshot, copied, forwarded or otherwise duplicated. Only the most recent valid digital ticket issued by TicketLoop will be accepted. Any duplicated, altered or fraudulently obtained ticket will be invalid and may result in refusal of entry without refund.

Cancellation Rights and Refunds

Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded once purchased except as set out in these terms or the specific event’s terms and conditions.

No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets after they have been delivered.

Cancellation, Change or Postponement of an Event

Decisions to cancel or change events are the responsibility of the Promoter. TicketLoop cannot guarantee to notify you of changes or accept liability for any costs incurred (including travel, accommodation or other expenses).

You must always check that an event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.

If the Promoter notifies TicketLoop of a cancellation or significant change, TicketLoop will try to inform you using the contact details you provided.

Tickets are sold subject to the Promoter’s right to alter or vary the event programme without obligation to refund or exchange tickets.

If an event is rescheduled or moved, the Promoter may allow you to retain or exchange your tickets, or request a refund. If an event is cancelled, you will normally be offered a refund of the face value of the ticket. Fees other than the face value are not refundable.

Delivery

Tickets may be delivered electronically, by post or made available for collection at the venue box office.

TicketLoop may make tickets available for box office collection instead of posting them if:
(i) posting is impractical due to timing or external circumstances;
(ii) necessary for identification;
(iii) tickets are lost in the post; or
(iv) any other reasonable reason.

For posted tickets, we cannot specify delivery dates. Failure to notify non-receipt at least 7 days before the event may result in TicketLoop having no liability.

Tickets returned to us as undeliverable may result in cancellation of the order (with refund of face value and supplementary fees only) or the tickets being held for box office collection.

To collect tickets, the lead booker must present photographic ID and booking confirmation. Other forms of ID may not be accepted.

Always check your tickets upon receipt and notify us of any errors promptly. Corrections cannot always be made.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, you may be required to return any physical tickets. Refunds may not be issued if instructions are not followed.

Refunds will usually be processed using the original payment method within 30 days of the event date or receipt of the returned tickets (whichever is later).

For refund enquiries, contact TicketLoop Customer Services.

No refunds will be issued if you fail to comply with these terms or those of the venue or Promoter.

Attending an Event

TicketLoop does not organise events and is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered at or in connection with an event.

Admission is subject to the terms and rules of the event, Promoter and venue. Breaches may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue.

Before completing your booking, please read all event information. If you or your party have specific requirements, raise these before booking as there is no guarantee they can be met if notified later.

When attending the event, carry valid proof of age where required.

28A. The Promoter and venue operator may request identification at any time to verify the legitimacy of a ticket or the age of a ticket holder. Failure to provide ID may result in refusal of entry without refund.

Official Ticket Resale

28B. TicketLoop works exclusively with Tixel (tixel.com) as the authorised resale platform for events sold through TicketLoop. If you can no longer attend an event, you may safely list your ticket for resale on Tixel.

28C. If you already have a buyer, you may complete a secure private transfer by creating a private listing on Tixel and selecting the “make my listing private” option.

28D. Any resale attempted outside of Tixel may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund. TicketLoop and the Promoter accept no responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorised channels.
